Health Expo 2009

Organised by Metro Radio, the Health Expo 2009 was held on 30 and 31 May 2009 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre to promote health awareness and exercises. This year we had our booth divided into four sections, featuring games, free trial of fitness equipment, health talks and hand hygiene information. Approximately 3000 people were drawn to our booth. Proper posture during exercises and standard hand washing procedures were introduced to the audience by live demonstration.

We also provided free health checks to about 600 people, measuring their height, weight, waist, blood pressure, body mass index and body fat. Tailored advice on diet and exercises was given according to the results.
