Fried Pork Slices with Summer Zucchini and White Fungi

| Lean Meat | 100g | ![]() |
| Summer Zucchini | 130g | |
| White Fungus | 20g | |
| Carrot | 30g | |
| Marinade | ||
| Canola Oil | 2 teaspoons | |
| Sugar | 1/2 teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 teaspoon | |
| Soy Sauce | 1 teaspoon | |
| Corn Starch | 1 teaspoon | |
| Ginger | little | |
| Preparation | |
| 1. | Soak the white fungi in water until tender. Then rinse and cut into pieces. |
| 2. | Cut Summer zucchini. |
| 3. | Chop the carrot and slice the meat. |
| 4. | Marinate the meat with seasonings. |
| 5. | Add canola oil to the frying pan. Stir in the meat and fry until half-cooked. |
| 6. | Add the rest of the ingredients. Serve hot. |
